Votre rôle :
Vous identifiez et atténuez les risques qui pourraient affecter la qualité de l'offre développée durant le processus de fabrication, en utilisant les outils et méthodologies de la qualité et notamment l'approche APQP.
Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes Industrialisation (assemblage, automatisme, pièces plastiques et métalliques...)
Vos missions :
* Mettre en œuvre les fondamentaux de la qualité de l'industrialisation : soutenir et former les fonctions transverses (services méthodes et engineering) sur les méthodologies et les outils nécessaires pour atteindre la robustesse et les objectifs de qualité
* Mener l'analyse des modes de défaillance, de leurs effets et de leur criticité (AMDEC) pour garantir le niveau approprié de qualité intégré dans les processus de fabrication
* Evaluer l'indice de capacité (limites de tolérance, taux de rebut) des produits/processus et sécuriser les améliorations avec des méthodologies de résolution de problèmes (par exemple 6-Sigma) lorsque nécessaire
* Créer le plan de contrôle du produit/processus pour garantir la qualité de fabrication
* Apporter son soutien pour l'exécution des pré-séries et qualifications des processus avec les usines Schneider qui accueillent la fabrication ; résoudre les problèmes qualité rencontrés tout au long de la phase pilote
* Transférer les données et les exigences de qualité des processus aux usines lors du transfert vers la fabrication en série
* Eventuellement, mener des approches PPAP avec des fournisseurs jusqu'à leur qualification complète selon les spécifications de Schneider
Des déplacements sont à prévoir (environ 20% du temps, de façon cyclique selon les projets, afin de visiter les usines qui accueillent les nouvelles productions en phase de lancement en Allemagne, Espagne, France...).
