Position Summary
Willow Creek Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team.
The COTA works under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care and assist residents in achieving their highest level of functional independence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
