The High School Registrar supports the school's operations with a primary focus on student enrollment, preparation of transcripts, and maintenance of student files.
Duties/Responsibilities
* Work closely with the High School Leadership team (including the Principal, Director of Operations (DOO), Director of Post Secondary Opportunities, and Assistant Principal of Instruction) to oversee our student information systems with a focus on functions related to school records, databases, scheduling, grade books, credits, graduation plans, report cards, and transcripts.
* Coordinate with school teams and vendors to ensure accurate, clear, and actionable report cards, data sheets, progress reports, and transcripts are produced and distributed on time.
