Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities of an assigned work team on a shift basis by directing assigned Associates in the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of customer product in a manner consistent with service and cost objectives.

Work you'll do
As a Manager on the National Federal Tax Services - TARDI team, you will be responsible for:
* Partnering with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate tax, financial, and operational requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and delivery plans
* Owning and managing the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and roadmap alignment to support delivery of the highest-value features
* Leading Agile delivery activities across sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to support consistent execution and continuous improvement
* Managing project plans, delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting across onshore and offshore team members
