Votre objectif sera de développer un réseau d'entreprises susceptibles d'accueillir des apprentis du CFA dans le domaine industriel.
À ce titre, vous serez en charge de :
Prospection d'entreprises : Contacter des entreprises du secteur industriel pour les sensibiliser à l'apprentissage, promouvoir les formations du CFA et créer une base de données de partenaires.
Communication : Présenter les avantages de l'apprentissage et l'offre du CFA Schneider Electric aux entreprises ciblées.
Accompagnement : Rassurer les employeurs en leur expliquant les mesures incitatives à l'embauche d'apprentis et l'accompagnement fourni par le CFA pour les démarches administratives.
Création de partenariats : Proposer des stratégies de prospection innovantes, que ce soit par téléphone, via les réseaux sociaux, ou tout autre moyen pertinent.
Vous aurez une autonomie importante dans l'organisation de votre travail tout en bénéficiant du soutien et du suivi de l'équipe du CFA.
Profil recherché :

- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome, doté(e) d'un excellent sens relationnel et d'écoute.
