Votre rôle :
Effectuer le contrôle et l'inspection des tableaux (BT, télécommande réseau), et démontrer la conformité du tableau lors de la recette, en collaboration avec les Project Managers, en contribuant à l'image de marque de Schneider Electric.
Vos missions :
Assurer la sécurité des personnes et des biens dans la zone de travail :
* Respecter et faire respecter les consignes de sécurité liées au travail à proximité de zones sous-tension en zone IQ et également sur le site du Client.
Appliquer le 5S sur la zone
Contribuer à l'amélioration des performances (qualité, délais...) et de la satisfaction des clients :
* S'assurer de l'application permanente de l'auto-contrôle en fabrication (fiches renseignées).
* Remonter les défauts et demander des actions correctives en cas de défaut grave ou répétitif.
* Garantir le solde des non-conformités, des reprises après réception & des manquants.
* Respecter le délai final, en optimisant le temps d'inspection.
Effectuer le contrôle et l'inspection des tableaux :
Garantir le bon fonctionnement des équipements selon les normes et les attendus client :
* Gérer en autonomie une affaire standard en volume, complexité technique et sûreté de l'installation
* Pour la partie électrotechnique : analyser le plan issu du BEA en vue de valider la conformité de l'équipement du tableau et remonter les propositions de correctifs nécessaires.
* Pour la partie automatismes : analyser les transmissions de données.
* Alerter si écart (plan // fonctionnement) & le renvoyer au service concerné
* Définir le mode opératoire des essais à partir d'un schéma de principe puis déterminer l'ordre et le type d'essais à réaliser (essais de fonctionnement = mécaniques, électriques, protection, automatiques).
* Tester le nouveau matériel (hors =S=) à intégrer dans les tableaux & écrire une procédure de mise en service rapide (check list).
* S'assurer de la validité des étalonnages des appareils de contrôle
Démontrer la conformité du tableau lors de la recette, en collaboration avec les PM

In this role, you`ll be accountable for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing customer equipment.
FSR will maintain, retrofit, and provide technical support for all Schneider products, both in the workshop and on site.
Test electrical equipment (MV/LV circuit breakers, protection relays, etc.) utilizing various tools and machines such as computers, software, workstations, circuitdiagram, etc.
Analyze malfunctions in equipment and interpret maintenance manuals, using knowledge of systems and electronics to isolate and correct issues.
FSR must be available to respond to emergency calls and for intervention, maintain service equipment, tools and documentation, and identify sales opportunities.
