Position Summary:
The incumbent reports to the EHS Site Manager and has the responsibility to implement the site safety and sustainability strategies in the Beech Island CTEC process system.
The incumbent must work collaboratively with the site EHS team, Global EHS leaders, and all mill leaders to identify and lead appropriate initiatives that deliver continuous improvement in environmental, health and safety results.

* Provide organizational and functional leadership to ensure that EHS systems meet Kimberly-Clark Standards, Best Practices and federal and state regulatory requirements.
The incumbent will provide leadership for continuous improvement in all EHS activities in support of achieving an injury-free work environment.
Lead crisis response to events as appropriate, ensuring effective investigation and follow-up.
* Provide personal and organizational sensitivity, vision, inspiration, innovation, talent building, decisive, strong communication, collaborating and influencing skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements of OSHA, NFPA, and other federal, state and local agencies.
* Analyze EHS data, providing insights regarding results and trends through investigation and thorough problem solving, making recommendations for improvements that address substandard acts or conditions.
* Catalyst for site safety culture initiatives (People-Based Safety) and programs focused on the positive impact of Mindsets and Behaviors required to deliver a zero-injury work environment.
* Support of Contractor Safety ensuring adherence to KC safety requirements of contractors, vendors and visitors.
* Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve their individual/team contributions so as to achieve desired business results.

The Lead Data Engineer will oversee the foundational architecture for Community Programs’ Databricks-based Lakehouse, supporting seamless integration, governance, and analysis of health, housing, and justice data across initiatives including Housing for Health and others.
The role reports to the Director of Data Analytics and Evaluation and will guide efforts across data ingestion, transformation, privacy, and CalAIM claims workflows.
This is a chance to architect a scalable data environment from the ground up in a mission-driven context.
The engineering team plays a central role in the County’s data strategy, with opportunities for mentorship, innovation, and cross-sector impact.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Lead the development of bronze, silver, and gold data layers from highly normalized data sources, translating complex table relationships into denormalized, analyst-ready structures.
* Implement GitHub-based CI/CD workflows that manage Dev and Prod separation, parameterized notebook execution, and automated testing.
* Use Azure Data Factory and related tools to ingest and orchestrate data flows from diverse internal and external sources.
* Collaborate closely with analytics and privacy engineers to ensure models align with data governance and privacy requirements.
* Support integration of MDM-linked datasets and promote entity resolution strategies across systems.
* Monitor pipeline health and lead resolution of data quality issues in coordination with analysts and external partners.
* Review and approve engineering code as part of CI/CD workflow, unblock or resolve issues holding up promotion to Prod.
* Define architecture standards and RBAC models in Unity Catalog for Departmental and Countywide access.
* Mentor engineering team members on best practices and solution design.

As a Collections Services Specialist you are responsible for the decision making and operational processes surrounding pre and post repossession activities.
This includes agency follow up and communications, account status coding, repossession charge off processing, reinstatement handling, repossession key ordering, minimizing loss exposure, reducing delinquency and net credit loss levels of the company.
