Job Summary
Provides support for geographic information systems (GIS) operations by collecting, analyzing, updating, and maintaining both spatial and tabular data.
Responsible for developing maps, databases, and analytical tools that inform planning, decision-making, and day-to-day operations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Two (2) years of experience in Geography, Urban Planning, Geographic Information Science, Computer Science or directly related experience OR
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Job Title: Supervisor, Fleet Operations
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, reliable, and cost-efficient fleet of vehicles to support the business.
The incumbent ensures proper use and care of physical assets, helps to prevent equipment failures, controls costs, manages external vendor relationships, works closely with auto mechanics and internal customers.
This role supervises administrative personnel within the department.
A primary responsibility of this position is to monitor fleet vehicle equipment maintenance, invoicing, record retention.
To do this, the incumbent uses current Fleet Automotive software, preventative maintenance techniques, reviews the results, monitors repairs, and performs vehicle audits to ensure mechanics adhere to safety, regulatory and appearance standards.
This position analyzes equipment or vehicle system failures to determine root causes, resolve problems and plans/coordinates equipment repairs with internal/external groups (e.g., drivers, vendors).
Another major area of responsibility is to maintain automotive cost effectiveness.

The Lab Technician role within the Technical Services department is responsible for testing the iron samples used when pouring molds.
These iron samples are sent to the Lab from the production floor through a tubing system.

Overview
Responsible for total room, banquet, catering, and room rental revenue, yield strategies, implementation and accountable to a market performance and meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.
Strategies to include market mix, pricing, status, and direct sales.
The development and solicitation of business from all markets to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation for the hotel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Direct the solicitation efforts of the sales staff through effective oral and written communication while overseeing rate, date, and space commitments for group room sales within the hotel.
* Recruit, Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication, and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate.
* Ensure training programs are conducted regularly and HEI standards of performance are met.
Give guidance and counsel staff toward improvement.

Overview
Responsible for performing all esthetic services (including all facials and waxing services) for guests and members of the Spa.
Responsible for communicating and transcribing all information regarding guest medical history, services performed, skin analysis and product recommendations into the Spa Computer System.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Greet guests and members in a professional, friendly manner.
* Select the appropriate spa treatments based on the client's needs after reviewing the client intake form with each guest.
* Perform spa treatments within the scope of training and utilizing draping protocols.
* Complete accurate and legible client intake notes.
* Create an excellent experience for guests and members through a therapeutic touch and friendly attitude.
* Promote the health and wellness benefits of spa treatments specific to each client and recommend frequency of services.
* Safeguard client information and confidentiality.
