Job Title: Division Coordinator
Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Division Coordinator for the Pensacola, Florida location.
Position Overview
The Division Coordinator assists leaders by providing administrative support.
Handles situations requiring knowledge of the overall function of responsibility, the overall organization's mission, structure, and culture.
Acts as central point of contract for other departmental associates on departmental activities.
Responds to inquiries and represents the leader in dealing with both internal customers as well as external contacts.
Typical duties may include maintenance of budget records, setting up meetings with agendas, preparation of correspondence, etc.
May be assigned special projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Guide and process all aspects of the clinical schedules of the providers within the assigned divisions.
This includes but is not limited to: Completing and submitting call schedules for providers, Submitting clinic cancellations, both planned and unplanned, Coordinating surgical schedules with outlook schedules, Manage leader's schedules with consideration to priorities and time efficiency.
Handle incoming calls with courtesy, provide assistance and information as needed, page physicians as appropriate for provider-to-provider line.
Coordinate business travel including airline reservations, hotels, auto rentals and conference registrations for providers.
Prepare correspondence (Word), reports (Excel) and PowerPoint presentations along with occasional project work for Division Chiefs and administrative leaders of the assigned divisions.
Coordinate reimbursements from assigned leaders to Accounts Payable.

This is a Hybrid position.
The Senior UNIX System Administrator position is a technical leadership role for midrange team and is responsible for administrating and managing all UNIX/Linux systems, SAN/NAS Storage, Spectrum Protect Backup software and/or other system midrange operations.
This position will require an in-depth technical knowledge of AIX systems and RedHat Linux to facilitate the install and management of the core operating system as well as the analysis and resolution of system hardware, software and networking issues.
In addition this position will define project requirements, estimate project tasks, and provide industry knowledge in performing basic and advanced tasks associated with administration responsibilities.
The Senior UNIX System Administrator will provide high-level input to any system architecture changes, security changes, applying security updates and support to application teams with items such as patch management, installation, and support of the applications with their respective vendors.
* Install, support, and manage enterprise AIX systems, Linux, storage area networks (SANs), SAN network communications and Backup Software Spectrum Protect.
* Design, develop, and install scripts to alert and monitor for system errors, exceptions, system performance history, and general systems maintenance.
* Provide advanced troubleshooting and support associated with the enterprise midrange environment
* Make recommendations for upgrades and/or new server hardware, peripherals, operating systems
* Provide documentation to users and Service Desk staff prior to implementation of newly installed products.
