The Director of Sales and Admissions will develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and educate those sources on facility services.
This position plays a vital role in managing and coordinating the process of admitting new residents and involves a mix of healthcare knowledge, sales and marketing, administrative skills, and compassionate communication.

Cottage Health seeks a Workforce Development Business Partner responsible for working collaboratively with various constituents to execute initiatives related to employee development, career advancement, internships, and student outreach.
Responsible for supporting the development, internal career pathways, and student outreach operations for Cottage Health and affiliated medical groups.
May serve in a lead capacity on special projects/initiatives related to workforce development.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
* Minimum: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of eight (8) years of progressively responsible work experience.

Dietary Aide
General Purpose
The dietary aide assignments are determined by the needs basis on the activity of the shift.
He/she reports to the Cook and Dietary supervisor.
Essential Duties
• Must be able to learn food service routine within a short period.
• Set up meal trays.
• Must strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Assist with serving the different meals.
