LWB5 Warehouse Supervision
Mission
• Organize and manage (or control) warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments according to SPS principle.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for hierarchical management of operators or teams of operators in a Distribution Center/Warehouse.
• Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.
• Responsible for the performance of "standard work" within his or her sector or department.
• May occasionally fill in for or assist LWB1 or LWB2 operators as needed.
• May be responsible for temporarily moving or shifting individual operators from one position or sector to another depending on changes in demand or priorities.
Main Activities
• Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
• Enforce compliance with quality system and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.
• As manager, he's the legal responsible in case of accident
• Optimize daily / weekly balance workload / resources (internal, external storage and freight capacities)
• Adjust MPH (Material Providing and Handling) programs according to customer priorities in the ad-hoc systems (LDS, DISS, ...)
• Ensure management of the logistics process receiving goods > stocking > picking > Material handling > shipping finished goods and wastes
• Lead the SIM loop 2 with appropriated indicators & action plan and ensure the compliance with SPS of the SIM 1
• Synchronize support function actors on short term actions
• Organize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility in accordance with the target defined
• Manage warehouse processes performance and his team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant
• Deploy & implement SC Planning Central team guidelines for inventory management
• Ensure inventories accuracy with permanent alignment between operations & inventory (IT data & physical situation)
• Guarantee that service level, quality environment, process lead time, maintenance & productivity goals are reached
• Manage the yearly appraisal

Votre rôle et principales missions :
* Réussir l'exécution du projet en s'assurant de la satisfaction client et de la rentabilité

Votre profil et compétences
Titulaire d'un Bac+5 Ingénieur ou équivalent en électricité ou génie climatique, vous possédez une première expérience en tant que Chef de projet.
Vous détenez de solides connaissances en management de projet, des connaissances des techniques en génie climatique (CVC), de la régulation et de la søreté, une maîtrise de la GTB et des différents protocoles de communication (Bacnet, Lon, KNX) .
Vous faites preuve d'un bon esprit d'équipe, d'un bon sens de la communication, d'un excellent relationnel client et de réactivité.
L'anglais serait un plus.
