PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Provides nutritional services for the facility’s in-center and home patients as applicable in order to maximize the patient’s nutritional status and improve clinical outcomes.
Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, supporting the FMCNA commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAI) activities.
Actively participates in process improvement activities that enhance the likelihood that patients will achieve their individualized patient-specific goals as determined by the patient’s physician.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Role:
As a Dealership Software Trainer (Sales Module), you will deliver training and support to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).
You’ll lead virtual sessions via phone and online platforms as well as providing onsite training during new client software installations.
Your role is key to ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
This position will be based in our Arlington, Texas and will require regular travel to customer sites across Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean.
Approximately 50% of your time will be spent working from the office, while the other 50% will involve onsite visits to dealerships as part of the software installation and training team.

Sales Dealership Software Trainers are responsible only for training users on the Automotive Sales Module of our software.
What You’ll Do
* Develop proficiency and stay up to date with PBS Software Expertise
* Master the process of training new customers on the accounting silo of PBS software
* Proactively learn new products to expand our PBS knowledge
* Conduct training sessions for our customers, in the assigned silo and when possible, in other silos as well

The forklift operator will handle material handling, stock movement, computer entry, scanning, Kanban, cycle counting, etc.
This role generates the proper paperwork for material receipts and shipments and ensures positive truck flow through the facility, inbound and outbound.
This role is also responsible for timely and accurate load build and shipment of customer material to meet delivery specifications and minimize freight costs, accurate inventory, and effective communication with IP, sales and corporate transportation.
A successful candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all shipping and receiving quality levels are met.

* This person will be required to pick customer orders and check orders to ensure accuracy.
* Pick / deliver materials to and from appropriate locations.
* Will operate a tow motor, power lift, various scales, etc.

* During various times of the month, overtime is mandatory for this position.

* Ability to work 1st shift 7am - 3 pm and 3rd shift-11pm-7am
