This is a developmental role that will prepare the incumbent for an Environmental Manager role when it becomes available at our Clarendon OSB facility or other GP locations.
The Assistant Environmental Manager will perform professional work at multiple levels in support of the Environmental Department, the Plant, and Divisional/Corporate Environmental Programs.
The individual will have responsibilities for the evaluation, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and management of the facility's environmental compliance programs and systems.

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by
your supervisors.
Essential Duties
• Use the wristband or photo card file to identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc., as necessary.
• Use only authorized abbreviations established by this facility when recording information.
• Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift that they occur.
• Agree not to disclose resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.
• Report any known or suspected unauthorized attempt to access facility's information system.
• Perform only those nursing care procedures that you have been trained to do.
• Ensure that the resident's room is ready for receiving the resident (i.e., bed made, name tags up, admission kit available, etc.).
• Greet residents and escort them to their room.
• Introduce resident to his/her roommate, if any, and other residents and personnel as appropriate.
• Make resident comfortable.
• Inventory and mark the resident's personal possessions as instructed.
• Store resident's clothing.
• Assist residents with packing their personal possessions when they are being transferred to a new room, or when being discharged.
• Transport residents to new rooms or to the receiving area.
• Assist with loading/unloading residents' to/from vehicles as necessary.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
• Meet with your shift's nursing personnel, on a regularly scheduled basis, to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/or the improvement of services.
• Report all complaints and grievances made by the resident.
• Participate in and receive the nursing report as instructed.
• Follow established policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids.
• Make beds as instructed.
• Put extra covers on beds as requested.
• Measure and record temperatures, pulses, and respirations (TPRs) of residents, as instructed.
Weigh and measure residents as instructed.
• Ensure that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Answer resident calls promptly.
• Check residents routinely to ensure that their personal care needs are being met.

Full job description:
Maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner.
Ability to prepare tasteful meals and to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
Ability to follow prepared menus and portion control guides.
Ability to prepare special diets accurately.
Record food temperatures for the meals.
Prepare pureed foods.
Ability to work in cooperation and harmony with personnel in all departments.
Maintain quaternary solution in sanitizer buckets.
Assist with serving the different meals.
Clean cooking area and serving carts.
Report resident care concerns and potential issues to Administrator and/or Director of Nurses.
Participate in the orientation and on going training of dietary staff.
Ability to make the presentation of the food appealing to the residents.
Ability to cooperate.
Willing to supervise and to work under supervision.
To make sure all cleaning schedules are followed.
Supervisory Requirements This job has supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
Qualification Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
Should have experience as a cook in a hospital or long term care facility for not less than one year.
Language Skills Ability to read technical procedures.
Ability to read and follow recipes.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
Mathematical Skills Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Manufacturing Integration Engineer
This role supports Wire and Cable design engineering for new product development, process development/optimization, troubleshooting, and quality issues.
In this role you will lead the development of new and existing equipment that meets the need for next generation cable products and technology.
You will be responsible for specifying new equipment with vendors as well as the purchase, install and commissioning of equipment in South Grafton, MA and Guadalajara, MX.
Provide support and leadership to the manufacturing team in Guadalajara, MX facility.
This role will be in the Datacom Division supporting our SI and Quality depts in developing process test plans and quality reports.
This role will also work extensively with our Guadalajara location supporting the transfer of all tooling processes and equipment
This individual will also:
* Support new product development team in South Grafton, MA by developing new manufacturing processes and by updating or acquiring required equipment:
* Develop equipment specification with vendor, purchase, install and commission new equipment.
* Develop & execute strategic plan for capital investments to support the planned growth of the business
* Review and provide feedback to design engineers on product drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Review NPI direct products for "design for manufacturability" (speed, quality, ease of manufacture)
* Develop tooling and run prototypes in coordination with machine technician; trouble shoot performance deficiencies.
Work with machine technician to develop process sheets or visual aids
* Review and provide feedback to design engineers on product drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Review NPI direct products for "design for manufacturability" (speed, quality, ease of manufacture)
Requirements:
* 5 years experience in wire and cable manufacturing
* Experience specifying or purchasing wire and cable equipment
* Focus on COAX cabling preferred as well as experience installing equipment
* 3 D-CAD a plus
* Experience in statistical methods - SPC, DOE etc also a plus
* Travel to Guadalajara, MX required

General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
