DESCRIZIONE DELLA POSIZIONE:
Garantire che tutte le attività di validazione vengano eseguite secondo gli standard aziendali in vigore e nel rispetto dei tempi di esecuzione.
COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA’:
* Redige in autonomia operativa le procedure di validazione (IQ ed OQ) ed i documenti correlati (USR) nel rispetto dei tempi previsti.
* Esegue le procedure di validazione relative ai nuovi documenti di IQ ed OQ ed a quelli in scadenza, ovvero ne assicura l’esecuzione da parte di ditte esterne supervisionandone e coordinandone l’attività.
* Redige in autonomia operativa le procedure operative (SOP) di competenza dell’ufficio Tecnico.
* Supervisiona e coordina l’attività di realizzazione dei disegni “as built” (P&I e lay out) eseguita da ditte esterne.
* Supervisiona e coordina l’attività dell’Ufficio Tecnico in collaborazione con il proprio responsabile.
* Gestisce ed archivia i disegni secondo le procedure aziendali.
* Contribuisce alla realizzazione di piccoli progetti di modifica a macchinari ed apparecchiature esistenti, seguendo e coordinando dove necessari fornitori esterni.
* Provvede a fornire/supervisionare i codici dei nuovi macchinari, dietro segnalazione del reparto che ne ha effettuato l’acquisto.
* Fornisce attività di convalida per tutti gli stabilimenti del gruppo secondo indicazioni del/della responsabile delle attività di validazione.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Aging Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the Agency's quality assurance and program improvement efforts.
This role includes ensuring compliance with programs and maintaining quality control.
The manager will primarily handle protective services intake and will provide support for supervisory functions across all service areas.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
* Establish procedures and guidelines for quality assurance across all Agency Departments.
These procedures and guidelines will ensure alignment with the relevant program requirements.
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems, establish standards, and train staff. Work with individual program areas to address quality issues, recommend improvements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Screen, review and assign reports of need.
* Provide clinical supervision, training, and programmatic oversight to Agency staff as needed.
* Support Protective Services functions through screening and assigning cases.
* Acquire and maintain certification as a Protective Services worker. This position may take on Protective Services duties as necessary.
* Continuously evaluate and monitor the performance of individual units and employees and identifying strengths and problems, while determining need for training.
* Review and analyze case records for completeness and adherence to established standards.
* Acquire and maintain certification as an Agency Assessor supervisory review of Functional Eligibility Determination (FED) assessments submitted by assessors.
* Participate in case conferences, as required, with appropriate staff as well as external agencies, providers, and consumer, and/or family to ensure service delivery to consumers.
* Convene meetings on a regular basis and participate in agency meetings as required.
* Participate in orientation and training, in-service as assigned, and attend regularly scheduled management, team and staff meetings.
* Provide routine backup to other supervisors within the agency.
* Offer support and supervision to case managers during their after-hours on-call work.
* Represent the Agency in varied media outlets and at in person events as needed.
* Determine and apply an ethical and professional framework of responsible areas.
* Adhere to all policies, laws, regulations and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and state laws, and agency policies and procedures.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* One year experience in public or private social work and a Bachelor’s Degree in public administration, sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other related social sciences; OR

DESCRIZIONE DELLA POSIZIONE:
Operatore/operatrice esperto/a con conoscenza approfondita nella conduzione di linee di confezionamento, della serializzazione e dei sistemi di visione (SEA VISION) utilizzati per il confezionamento di specialità farmaceutiche.
Esegue le attività di confezionamento e serializzazione a partire dall’impostazione linea, impostazione dati variabili, fase di start up, campionamento e controlli di processo in accordo alla documentazione di produzione.
Collabora con il personale addetto ai macchinari per i cambi formato e la risoluzione di problematiche operative sulla linea di confezionamento.
Utilizza, per quanto di competenza, il sistema di visione SEA VISION (es.
apertura e chiusura lotto, acquisizione caratteri, controlli linea, etc).
Riporta al/alla Packaging Supervisor e collabora per assicurare il rispetto dei piani produttivi.
Collabora con l’artwork Specialist per esecuzione delle prove di macchinabilità.
Applica i principi dell’Operational Excellence per mantenere un alto livello di efficienza nel proprio ruolo e partecipa ai progetti di miglioramento continuo.
