Principales missions
L’agent de réservation est avant tout un vendeur qui se doit de connaître parfaitement l’hôtel et ses services, les différentes catégories de chambres et ce qui les caractérisent afin de concrétiser les demandes et de contribuer à l'optimisation de l'établissement.
En qualité d''Ambassadeur, votre rôle est de participer activement au rayonnement de l’établissement.
Vos missions seront les suivantes, sans qu’elles soient totalement exhaustives :
* Répondre à toutes les demandes de réservations effectuées par téléphone ou mail
* Orienter et conseiller le client dans ses choix en lui proposant la chambre la plus adaptée à ses besoins
* Apporter un service attentionné et personnalisé à la clientèle lors des demandes de réservations
* Préparer les offres commerciales, les confirmations de séjour et de paiement.
* Saisir des réservations individuelles et des rooming list groupes dans OPERA
* Assurer le suivi des réservations faites par les différents canaux de distribution ainsi que les prépaiements
* Gérer le suivi des réservations pendant les manifestations cannoises avec notre partenaire
* Optimiser l'occupation des chambres et le prix moyen de l’hôtel en collaboration avec le Revenue Manager et la stratégie commerciale.

Overview
The Nexus Water Group team has an opportunity for a Field Tech I.
Responsible for the accurate and timely reading and recording of water meters to facilitate customer billing; to identify water meter equipment problems; and to perform minor water meter and/or system maintenance.
Work Location and Schedule
This position will travel between service areas near Savannah, GA.
Schedule is Monday through Friday.
After-hour and weekend on-call support may be required.

- Ensure backup personnel are in place to perform office functions as needed.
