Maximus is seeking an innovative and strategic Training Manager for US Services who will align training programs with organization goals focusing on professional development of employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage collaboration with stakeholders to perform needs analysis, develop learning objectives and design deliverables that meet the business needs and organizational quality standards.
- Create and organize training sessions, and deliver instructor led training programs as needed to achieve business outcomes and effective transfer of learning in the workplace.
- Forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that both tactical and strategic goals and outcomes are met.

- Maintain a library of training aids.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience with curriculum development, including designing and structuring training programs preferred
* Experience working in healthcare, specifically with Medicare or Medicaid preferred
* Reside in the DMV area (D.C., Maryland, or Virginia) preferred

Responsibilities
* Assess, monitor, and document patient's symptoms using required software symptoms
* Collaborate with patient, family, partners, and interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care for patients
* Serve as patient advocate, providing information on patient rights, grievance procedures, reimbursement procedures, and patient/family responsibilities
* Observe and evaluate patient's physical and emotional status, safety factors, and family dynamics to determine education needs for caregivers
