Vous intervenez au sein de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire HSE-Maintenance-Travaux, sous la responsabilité directe du Directeur HSE du Pôle des maroquineries de Normandie.
Sur son site de rattachement, l'infirmier(ère) Chargé HSE, développe des relations fonctionnelles fortes avec le Directeur de Production, le Responsable Ressources Humaines et l'ensemble de la communauté managériale du site.
Dans les ateliers l'infirmier(ère) Chargé HSE peux s'appuyer sur un réseau d'artisans formés (SST et Relais Ergonomie) qu'il/elle anime à l'occasion de réunions périodiques.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
To assemble and deliver customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
NAS Pensacola - Onsite
Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 4 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Direct Communication with Customers, Base Supply Managers and other Employees.
* Responsible for assembling orders received by fax, email or telephone.
* Pull material in a timely and accurate fashion and deliver within the scheduled timeframe.
* Will deliver merchandise to the prescribed delivery location, at which point the recipient will inventory it with a signature indicating its accuracy or shortages.
* Will be involved in warehouse operations that include receipting material or moving material to the retail floor and the warehouse.
* Involved in warehouse operations when no deliveries are scheduled
* Warehouse/store cleanliness
* Checkout operations
* Shelf stocking
* Participate in store maintenance including periodic floor cleanup, stripping, waxing, and painting which is normally accomplished during non-store open hours
* Participate in periodic store inventories (for all local areas) which are normally accomplished during non-store open hours
* Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
* High School Graduate or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Two years relevant training, preferred.
A Commercial Drivers License maybe required depending on the hiring location.
Must pass pre-employment motor vehicle background check and have all applicable motor vehicle licenses. Forklift / Warehouse experience in the military or commercial environment is required

The hourly pay rate for this role is $7.00.

The Customer Care Coordinator is to provide assistance in all customer related matters and backup and assist Customer Service Representatives.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
29 Palms - Onsite
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4 PM (May vary depending on store)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for all customer related matters.
* Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when assisting customers.
* Able to navigate Axapta to create and release sales orders.
* Communicate with customers and vendors throughout the entire sales order process via phone or email.
* Knowledge to quote on contracts and follow up on quotes.
* Call customers for additional information as needed.
* Ensure that sales orders are routinely reconciled with material on hand or on order to maximize sales and reduce customer wait time.
* Coordinate pick up/delivery of orders.
* Maintain a list of all customers to include email and phone numbers.
Use this list to obtain more of their business.
* Assist customer service representatives at the checkout counters as needed to reduce customer wait times.
* Follow up with customers by conducting a survey asking basic questions, i.e.
Was product satisfactory? Was it delivered on time? Would you do business with us again? Etc.
* Register and track customer complaints with expeditious follow up and resolution.
* Create a report that will track the progress of the sales orders and their impact on the budgeted sales for the BSC through use of AX and/or Excel spreadsheet.
Work closely with management to ensure material needed to fill sales orders is on order and has good supply/shipping status.
* Create, modify and email various Excel spreadsheets as required by management, purchasing and replenishment.
* Ensure that customers are aware of our BUYBSC website and assist with customer set up for the site.
