To partner with the Operations Service Managers to assure the embedding of post go-live support to meet agreed SLAs.
This is achieved through managing a team of testers, 3rd parties, stakeholders, end users and working closely with technical delivery teams and Service Operations teams.

Minimum Requirements

* Experience working in healthcare, specifically with Medicare or Medicaid preferred
* Reside in the DMV area (D.C., Maryland, or Virginia) preferred
