As a Sales Engineer, the job holder will be directly reporting to Channel Director.
The job holder's main role is to follow-up and support the growth of new and existing indirect customers and implement our commercial policy towards maximizing Schneider sales through the channel of diffused customers & electricians in the North Greece geographic area.

Au sein de ce département, l'équipe Opérations de paie rassemble 30 gestionnaires paie, répartis entre Paris et Grenoble.
Leur mission : assurer, avec un haut niveau d'expertise, la paie des 15000 collaborateurs de Schneider Electric en France, dans un environnement réglementaire exigeant et en évolution constante.
Votre rôle :
Rattaché au Manager des Opérations de Paie, vous pilotez un portefeuille de paie (environ 600), dans le respect des délais, de la législation et des procédures internes, en garantissant la conformité et la qualité de service.
Vos missions :
* Assurer le traitement de la paie et du post-paie
* Saisie des variables, des acomptes, simulations paie (indemnité de licenciement, de fin de carrière...)
* Saisie des arrêts maladie et réconciliation des IJSS
* Gestion des entrées/sorties, soldes de tout compte
* Etablir les attestations diverses
* Requêtes de contrôle, établissement des tableaux de variation, contrôle des charges sociales
* Etablissement et traitement de la DSN (bis, VAL, évènementielles)
* Suivi des temps
* Gestion des anomalies de temps en lien avec les managers/assistants RH
* Gestion des compteurs de congés, de CET et de JRTT dans le cas des mutations, des sorties et des demandes de report
* Collaborer étroitement avec les RRH de son périmètre pour assurer un service de haute qualité
* Répondre aux questions des managers et collaborateurs, avoir un rôle d'alerte et de conseil
* Projets transverses :
* Participer à des groupes de travail pour améliorer et harmoniser les méthodes de travail
* Contribuer à des projets paie (automatisation de processus, déploiement d'outils, formation de nouveaux arrivants...)
Votre profil :
* Bac+3 en Paie, administration RH...
* Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de la paie, dans des environnements variés (entreprise, cabinets...)
