WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) uses a family-driven, strengths-based approach to provide Medicaid-eligible youth up to age 21 with intensive outpatient care in their natural environments - homes, schools, and communities.

What You'll Do
As a Child & Family Therapist, you'll:
* Provide clinical services to youth and families using evidence-based practices.
* Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to build individualized, creative, and strength-focused treatment plans.
* Deliver therapy in home, community, and office settings.
* Participate in the rotation of after-hours crisis response (initial assessment, risk evaluation, outreach).
* Receive specialized training in intensive mental health interventions upon hire.
Qualifications
* MA/MS/MSW in a Behavioral Science-related field.
* Meets qualifications as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per Washington Administrative Code.
* Eligible to apply as an Agency Affiliated Counselor if not already licensed or associate licensed.
* Ability to pass a background check.
* Valid WA State Driver's License, insured vehicle.
Preferred Experience & Skills
* Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) designation preferred.
* Experience in mental health, medical, or social services.
* Familiarity with or willingness to learn evidence-based practices.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong documentation, communication, and boundary-setting skills.

The Monroe WISe team is a small, compassionate, and collaborative group supporting youth and families in a tight-knit community just 25 minutes from Everett and 40 minutes from Seattle.
WISe is a community-based, team-driven approach that centers the family's voice and strengths.
It supports Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21) with complex mental health needs to remain stable in their homes, schools, and communities.

What You'll Do
* Support parents/caregivers as a peer with shared lived experience.
* Help families navigate systems, build advocacy skills, and access resources.
* Work one-on-one in homes, schools, and the community.
* Provide a strength-based, culturally informed approach to care.
* Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team in a flexible, mobile role.
What You Bring
* High School Diploma or equivalent required (AA/BA in a related field preferred)
* Must be 21 years of age
* Lived experience parenting a child with behavioral health needs
* Completion of DOH Certified Peer Counselor online modules prior to start
* In-person CPC certification within 90 days of hire
* Valid WA driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
* Peer Counseling or social service background
* Knowledge of child development, parenting techniques, or diverse family systems
* Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

What you will do
The Manager of Distribution Quality and Compliance provides oversight of the Quality Management Systems and its compliance to all applicable laws and regulations at the Distribution Center.
Working closely with various internal and external partners you drive innovation within functional area while ensuring initiatives are delivered in a compliant and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
* Oversight of process and systems related with cGMPs, Product handling and storage, quality investigations and managing partnerships with 3PLs, Franchises and Affiliates.
Serve as single point of contact to internal and external partners on Distribution Quality related matters to drive timely resolution of Quality related issues.
* Must be a strong leader to support 24/7 operations of the Distribution Center who is continuously working to improve quality, cost and time factors, consistent with both Sector and Commercial Quality business objectives.
* Responsible for Quality oversight to the receiving process within the DC as well as dispositioning of damaged packages (incoming) according to procedures or predefined agreements with Source co., Franchise, or Marketing Co.
Responsible for Quality oversight in the followings: monitoring of product destruction process, quarantine/hold/stop-ship/recall processes within the DC and in pick/pack/and ship operations, including trending of pick/pack/ and ship errors.
* Responsible for ensuring returned product is dispositioned according to procedures or predefined agreements with Source co., Franchise, or Marketing Co.
