The Industrial Process Trainee will support the Operations organization in reviewing, documenting, and standardizing processes across multiple departments, including Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Order Management, Logistics, and ERP systems (with a focus on the new Warehouse Management System).
This role ensures that work instructions and departmental procedures are clear, consistent, and aligned with operational excellence and compliance standards.

About the position
As a Plant Project Manager, you will be the single point of contact to the Front Office, responsible for ensuring execution from order opportunity thru hand off to services while providing updates based on information from the multiple departments at the plant.
