JOB SUMMARY : In the Multi-Site Leasing Manager role, you will develop and implement a leasing plan to attract new and retain current residents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Harbor Group Management Company.
* Assist in developing programs to ensure the community meets or exceeds occupancy goals
* Supervise the staff of Leasing Specialists (not applicable at all properties)
* Provide manager with all leasing and renewal information for monthly reporting
* Ensure all notices, move-ins, traffic, etc, are entered into the MRI system
* Plan and implement leasing promotions
* Review guest cards and ensure property follow-up
* Responsible for showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of GIS experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
* Required experience in the telecommunications or broadband industry is a must
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS suite, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
* Experience with fiber network design platforms such as SpatialNet & Autocad.
* Strong understanding of spatial data modeling, network topology, and telecom asset mapping.
* Experience with Python or ModelBuilder for automating GIS workflows and data processing.
* Knowledge of SQL and spatial databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server Spatial).
* Exposure to estimation tools such as Biarri Fond.
Soft Skills:
