Overview
As a Program Manager for our CareInMotion team, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of major strategic programs for the business.
Operating at the most senior level with customers and internal stakeholders, you will manage business change and implement business strategy to meet the goals of the organization and our clients.
This role requires the coordination of cross-functional teams and resource assignments to ensure our strategic commitments are delivered on time, within scope, to budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the execution of one or more major programs, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
* Support CareInMotion and Altera leadership by providing program management control on key initiatives, including the development and delivery of solutions to market and internal process improvements.
* Partner with leaders to define the overall work breakdown structure and detailed tasks, and assess impacts on other projects.
* Facilitate cross-functional program teams to define, estimate, and schedule resources and program work to achieve the program's scope.

Qualifications
Experience
* 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
* Demonstrated experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and the ability to define work breakdown on complex projects.
* PMP Certification is required.
* 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 2-3 years at an Expert level or equivalent experience is preferred.
* Lean Six Sigma or other special certifications are preferred.

General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by
