Uses the Crown Academy (LMS) and included resources to elevate the training and development of yourself and your team.Utilization of our in-house POS to record sales and other operations, control costs, and monitor the performance of the store.
Our in-house POS comes with outstanding support from IT and other internal departments.Knows, enforces, and educates Team Members on appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, and security and safety procedures.
