Votre rôle :
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Industrialisation du site, vous aurez la responsabilité de piloter les projets liés à la création de nouvelles offres ou à l'évolution de produits existants, en garantissant la cohérence entre conception produit, processus de fabrication et performance industrielle.
Vos missions :
* Participer à la conception des nouveaux produits, en orientant les choix pour garantir leur fabricabilité.
* Définir les architectures technologiques et les moyens de production à mettre en œuvre.
* Apporter votre expertise aux analyses AMDEC process.
* Contribuer à la définition budgétaire des investissements nécessaires et à l'évaluation de l'impact sur les coûts produits.
* Rédiger les cahiers des charges et les plans de qualification associés aux moyens de production.
* Piloter la réalisation, la qualification et la mise en service des moyens industriels, que ce soit en interne ou via nos fournisseurs (suivi qualité, coûts et délais).
* Accompagner la montée en cadence des productions et assurer le transfert des compétences vers les équipes opérationnelles.
* Contribuer aux chantiers d'amélioration transverses, en capitalisant sur les bonnes pratiques et en les diffusant au sein de la communauté industrielle.
Le rôle est basé à Mâcon, vous pouvez être amené à vous déplacer occasionnellement
Votre profil :
* Diplômé(e) d'une formation ingénieur dans un domaine technologique (mécanique, électrotechnique, industrialisation...).
* Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative ( min 2 ans) dans les domaines de l'industrialisation, des méthodes ou de la production industrielle.
Vos compétences :
* Leadership et capacité à piloter en transverse.
* Aptitude à influencer, convaincre et fédérer les parties prenantes.
* Maîtrise de la gestion de projets industriels.
