The County of Riverside's Purchasing Unit at Riverside University Health System (RUHS) - Medical Center is seeking an Administrative Services Officer to join our team in Riverside.
The Administrative Services Officer will drive operational improvements and ensure compliance within RUHS's Purchasing, Contracting, and Value Analysis units.
The Administrative Services Officer will develop and oversee budgets, conduct cost-effectiveness and value analysis reviews, and coordinate priority contracts to ensure deadlines and service needs are met.
Responsibilities include facilitating committees and staff meetings, as well as supervising assigned staff by providing guidance and managing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, and discipline as needed.
The role oversees contract administration activities including spend monitoring, renewals, amendments, and Board submissions (Form 11s).
Additionally, the position oversees staff responsible for developing, issuing, and managing RFPs, RFQs, and RFBs for hospital goods,services and public works projects.
This position will be required to travel frequently between several of our locations in Riverside and Moreno Valley.
A valid California Driver's License is required.
