General Purpose
Define the roles and responsibilities of the Director of Nursing (DON).
The DON is a registered nurse who oversees and supervises the care of all the residents.
The DON also provides direct resident/patient care.

General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.
Essential Duties

* Participate in community surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as necessary or as may be directed.
* Review and develop a plan of correction for maintenance deficiencies noted during survey inspections and provide a written copy of such to the Executive Director.
