Responsabilità del ruolo
L’Healthcare System & Policy Lead svolgerà le attività di:
* Analisi dei trend macro-economici e politico-istituzionali con particolar riguardo al settore salute e farmaceutico;
* Sviluppo di trend predittivi del mercato farmaceutico, fondamentali al supporto delle decisioni strategiche da parte dell’Italian Leadership Team;
* Sviluppo di narrative di policy e di documenti di posizionamento aziendale fact-based su tematiche aventi impatto sul business.
* Coordinamento e supervisione delle attività della Funzione HCS & Policy di cui è responsabile
* Sviluppare relazioni con i principali stakeholder del settore sanitario e farmaceutico (afferenti principalmente all’ambito economico) sia livello nazionale che regionale con lo scopo di comprendere al meglio le criticità del sistema e di conseguenza poter sviluppare proposte concretamente implementabili.
