Education – A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
Experience – Preferred one year experience in Health Care setting.
Licensure/Certification – State licensing as applicable to degree held, must be minimally licensed the graduate level, LCSW-C or LCPC by the Maryland Board of Social Workers or Maryland Board of Professional Counselors.
