Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead to join our growing cross-business unit execution team.
This role will reside in the NAM Power Systems Execution Team and can be based out of one of Schneider Electric's design hubs, including Boston, MA; Nashville, TN; Dallas, TX; or Raleigh, NC.
The Technical Lead is accountable for the development and implementation of the overall technical solution during the execution phase of a project, program, or portfolio.
Their scope includes the breadth of the SE portfolio regardless of BU or geography.
While primarily an execution role, the Technical Lead supports Sales, Solution Architects, Proposals, and Tendering during the sales phase of an opportunity.
Technical Lead responsibilities:
* Successful execution of the technical scope at a systems level across the entire SE offer
* Serve as a common conduit between the customer and internal technical teams for systems level technical topics across all projects

* Support technical coordination between internal technical teams that may include multiple BUs and geographies
* Become primary technical resource from Project Manager on assigned projects.

* Monitor and manage project execution activities within the established scope, schedule, and budget.
* Identify critical technical and/or project issues, schedule or financial risks identify.
* Determine corrective actions and follow through to resolution.
* Maintain active tracking of project issues and risks.

Summary
The Field Services Outside Sales Representative(OSSR) is accountable for the promotion and sales of a broad range of technical services including the start-up, maintenance, testing, retrofit, upgrade and digital Services of all major manufacturer's electrical equipment installed at the customer's site.
