Vous rejoindrez l'équipe France Transfo, spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication de transformateurs secs enrobés CRT (Cast Resin Transformer).
Ce stage s'inscrit dans un projet stratégique visant à renforcer notre position sur le marché des transformateurs secs en 2026, en s'appuyant sur des analyses marketing et des outils commerciaux innovants.
Vos missions :
Mission 1 : Analyse de marché et veille concurrentielle
* Collecter et analyser les retours du Front Office (FO) pour identifier les tendances du marché des transformateurs secs enrobés CRT
* Réaliser une analyse des prix CRT vs concurrents sur différents segments, et top 10 des pays, notamment sur la France qui représente 45% du business
* Construire une analyse globale du marché CRT en 2026 par segments et par pays, en s'appuyant sur les retours Front Offices (FO) de Schneider Electric (SE) et l'étude marketing réalisée en 2025 par l'ESSEC
Mission 2 : Mise à jour et création de supports marketing
* Mettre à jour la documentation commerciale des transformateurs CRT : battle cards, présentations produits, fiches commerciales, fiches techniques, ...
* Participer à la réalisation d'une maquette CRT pour démonstration
Mission 3 : Communication visuelle et contenu multimédia

Contexte :
Nous vous proposons d'intégrer notre service Supply Chain, au sein de notre site industriel de Mâcon dans le cadre d'un stage en tant que chargé de projets industriels et logistiques.
Dans un contexte de transformation de l'entreprise vers l'usine 4.0, vous aurez deux grandes missions au cours de votre missions de stage.
Vos missions :
La première mission qui vous sera confiée concerne l'amélioration du processus approvisionnement et gestion des stocks.
Tout en apprenant et en pratiquant le métier de gestionnaire de flux, il faudra être source de proposition et porteur de projets sur les processus et méthodes de travail.
Vous travaillerez sur l'optimisation des stocks via nos outils en place pour déterminer les sources de stocks en écart (obsolescence, mauvais paramétrages, problèmes de prévisions...) et vous conduirez les actions nécessaires pour atteindre le bon ratio de stock sain.
La seconde mission concerne l'optimisation des flux amonts.
Vous travaillerez sur des sujets tels que :
* Les relations avec nos différents fournisseurs (échanges en anglais et en français),
* Le développement et l'état des lieux de nos flux logistiques,
* La négociation avec les fournisseurs et la création des contrats logistiques,
En résumé, vous participerez à la mise en place de nouveaux flux optimisés au sein de notre site (KANBAN,...).
En plus de cela, vous travaillerez sur différents projets en collaboration avec le responsable optimisation des flux amont et en lien avec le responsable gestion industrielle.
