Job Purpose
The Clinical Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for driving all recruitment-related activities for clinical roles within MAXIMUS UK.
This role is essential in leading and motivating the recruitment team to consistently source, attract, and hire top-tier talent that aligns with the company's strategic workforce needs.
The Team Leader will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring high efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
By fostering a performance-driven, collaborative environment, the Recruitment Team Leader will ensure the team achieves key recruitment goals.

Lead the recruitment team to achieve high-performance results by driving team performance to meet and exceed clear recruitment targets, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction metrics, while ensuring the timely and effective filling of non-clinical roles.

Regularly report on team performance, progress against KPIs, and recruitment outcomes to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
3.
Design and implement effective and cost-efficient recruitment strategies for filling non-clinical roles.
Balance quality and budget considerations while selecting the best sourcing methods and platforms for each position.
Regularly review and adjust recruitment plans to ensure they remain aligned with business goals and market trends.
4.
Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
Leverage both traditional and innovative recruitment methods to build a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
5.
Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit for the role and the organization.
Provide hiring managers with a shortlist of qualified candidates to move forward with.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across departments to identify and understand recruitment needs.
