La Chaussure représente l'un des 16 métiers de la Maison Hermès et comprend environ 280 collaborateurs sur deux Pays, France et Italie, qui travaillent au rythme de deux collections par an.
Les collections sont fabriquées par nos partenaires industriels ainsi que notre Atelier HCI.
Les collections sont commercialisées à travers un réseau intégré de plus de 300 magasins en Europe, Asie-Pacifique et Amériques ainsi que par le canal e-commerce.
Le métier Chaussure est composé des équipes Création (Studio), Collection, Développement, Qualité, Supply Chain, Achats, Transformation (AC, MOA), Commerciales, Identité métier, Finance et Ressources Humaines.

Positionnement :
Au sein de l'organigramme général d'Hermès Chaussure, le Chargé d'Achats Matières Premières dépend du responsable Achats Matières Premières chaussures.
Contexte :
Hermès Chaussures est dans un contexte de croissance dans lequel il est nécessaire d'accompagner la création du service Achats Matières Premières.
Le périmètre d'intervention du poste concerne l'ensemble des matières premières : Pièces Métalliques, Cuirs, Textiles et Composants.

Le CSP Paie, constitué d'une quarantaine de personnes, est composé de deux équipes de gestionnaires paie et d'un Pôle d'expertises (Paie, GTA, DSN et Reporting Social) en charge du paramétrage de paie, de l'outil de gestion des temps, de la production déclarative et des activités de contrôle de gestion sociale.
