The Project Manager - Legal will lead and coordinate a wide range of projects within the Legal Department, from routine tasks to complex, cross-functional initiatives.
This role will oversee the compliance forms process and ensure timely updates and adherence to regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic goals across the legal function.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement program wide initiatives.
- Oversee Program Management status.
- Report and communicate plans to client.
- Partner with leadership to assess risk.

This position will provide technical support to the Lumber division comprised of 12 sawmills.

What You Will Do
* Provide safety leadership and drive a culture that is based on continuous improvement.
* Ensure each facilities electrical systems are operating reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with all electrical safety regulations
* Support mill personnel in problem solving & troubleshooting of PLC's, vision systems, mill information systems, electrical distribution equipment, and manufacturing processes.
* Develop mill electrical capabilities through training and hands on work.
* Explore and capture opportunities (both capital and non-capital) that create value for the mills.
* Assist regional engineers in implementation of capital projects.
* Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis where appropriate.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience as an electrical/process control supervisor or as a highly skilled electrical technician with excellent troubleshooting, programming, leadership, and communication skills.
* Advanced experience and capabilities with programming and troubleshooting PLC's, AC drives, PC's and process networks.
* Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting plant electrical distribution systems
* Knowledge of electrical safe work practices - NFPA 70e
What Will Put You Ahead
* Associates degree in electronics or equivalent knowledge, training, and experience

While the primary focus is on protecting our assets in and around the Eau Claire Station-located between Eau Claire and Eleva-the coverage area extends from the Neillsville area to the Minnesota border.
This role plays a key part in maintaining the safety and integrity of our pipeline system.
The Damage Prevention Coordinator will be responsible for accurately locating pipelines, ensuring safe excavations, inspecting Right-of-Way, and overseeing contractors performing vegetation clearance.
A key responsibility includes serving as the primary point of contact for the Wisconsin Pipeline Agriculture Program, which involves engaging with landowners and tenants to gather and document agricultural land use information.
Additional duties include inputting data into computer systems, receiving assignments through work management tools, and supporting the management of small projects.

This is a remote opportunity.
The Diagnostic Scheduling Communication Specialist is responsible for handling incoming scheduling communications and dispersing provider and facility information to team members.
Additionally, they help with specialized administrative functions to supplement the regional teams, Team Support Specialists, and the Team Lead.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with calling veterans for required information in order to schedule appointments.
- Assist with rescheduling calls.

- Check and redirect messages left on Scheduling Hunt Group voicemail daily and each hour during shift to ensure calls are responded to in a timely manner.
- Monitor and process pending Claimant Appointment Packets (CAPS) schedule status.
