Ce stage s'inscrit au sein de l'équipe Global Sustainability de Schneider Electric, avec un focus sur les activités marketing et communication.
L'équipe agit comme un catalyseur pour amplifier l'impact des engagements durables du Groupe à l'échelle mondiale, en lien étroit avec les fonctions globales, les business units et les parties prenantes externes.

Enjeux de l'équipe Sustainability Marketing & Communication :
• Définir et porter la stratégie de communication globale autour des nouveaux engagements du groupe (2026-2030) et de sa performance durable.
• Créer des contenus à fort impact (storytelling, key messaging, campagnes, assets multimédias) pour valoriser les actions du Groupe.
• Élaborer et piloter des plans de communication intégrés (interne, externe, engagement collaborateurs) avec l'appui de différents contributeurs interne
(studio, équipes interne de communication corporate, RP, influence, ...) et externe (consultants, agences de communication, medias)
• Travailler en transversal avec un large éventail de parties prenantes : experts environnement, social, RH, marketing, supply chain, opérations, etc.
afin d'amplifier les enjeux sustainability.
• Collaborer avec un écosystème international : agences de communication, consultants, ONG, journalistes, institutions.
Soutenir la visibilité externe de Schneider Electric sur les sujets ESG à travers des prises de parole, des événements internes (Innovation Summit), externes (COP, Climate Week), des publications (whitepapers, thought leadership) et des campagnes intégrées.

• Participer à la définition et au déploiement de la stratégie de communication globale sur les enjeux sustainability, en lien avec les équipes internes et les agences partenaires.

* Cooperare con gli account di settore nella fase di negoziazione degli ordini, partecipando alle trattative con i clienti, finalizzate oltre che all'acquisizione dell'ordine anche a definire in modo adeguato i contenuto tecnico delle forniture e le clausole commerciali riportate nei contratti.
