Your Role: This role reports to our District Manager and you're a key player in the district, performing customer service, operational, and leadership relief work across all stores! In this role you'll find a wide variety of tasks, stores, and team members to help, and gain exposure to all store customer bases in the district.
You may be assigned to work at one store for a period of time, or you may change stores each day, depending on the staffing needs and operational requirements of the district, so be prepared for lots of variety!
In this role you may find yourself helping at one store in a Customer Service role, or filling in for a leader on vacation in another.
This includes conducting retail sales, stocking, cleaning and all the other things that go with frontline retail service.
The role will include leadership and operational tasks such as product ordering, POS reporting, banking, and being a positive role model for the store team.
Yes, you'll probably be in stores on different shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Please have a High School diploma or equivalent to apply for this position.
We'd like to see at least one year of retail experience, preferably in a convenience store setting.
Please be able to demonstrate a clear and calm communication style.
You should have open schedule availability and flexibility, since the District is relying on you to help when stores need it most! One last note, you'll need reliable transportation and valid current auto insurance.
You'll also need to travel between stores in the districts, and our district stores are generally located within a 40 to 60 mile radius.

Your Role: As the Market Meat Cutter your analytical skillset and organization is what ensures our customers have an efficient and accurate shopping experience during their visit and meal ordering at the Market.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that all inventory and ordering is accurate and meets our standard of quality.
You will be partnering with the Meat Manager to ensure a good mix of products is displayed and approprioate to business saales.
Detail orientated and an appreciation for routines will help you be successful in this role.
You will in charge of customer requests for specific cuts of meat, catering and deli trayss.
Teamwork, ensuring safety of teammates, and clear communication will allow your shifts to be productive and fun.
Many of our customers are local, and you will see them often! Learning their name and favorite items to purchase, personalizes the experience and helps ensure our focus of Super Superior Service.
For customers just visiting for a special occasion, your role will provide them with a seamless experience allowing them to order pre-made dinners, fresh broasted chicken, and fresh deli items just like at home.
