The Remodel Project Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and control of the conventionally or HUD financed assisted living facilities, nursing facilities, commercial remodeling, patio home remodel and capital expenditure projects. This position will cover properties in Northern Indiana and Southern Indiana.
Requirements
*
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction technology/project management.
+ 5 years of commercial remodeling experience.
+ Familiarity, and history working/managing contractors/vendors in assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities.
+ Working knowledge of windows-based business software.
+ Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and are willing to travel daily within the state of Indiana in your personal vehicle.
IRS mileage rates reimbursed.

Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital seeks a Concierge for their Customer Care department responsible for promoting an overall culture of safety, service excellence and authentic hospitality by providing concierge services to our guests.
Serves as a greeter, screener, and navigator to those attempting to enter the hospital and a conduit for patients to the admitting staff or the relevant service line.
