Hermès Cuirs Précieux est une filiale d'Hermès, spécialisée dans la fabrication de cuirs d'exception.
Reconnue pour le savoir-faire de ses 900 collaborateurs dans le tannage et la finition de peaux précieuses, Hcp construit et valorise plusieurs filières (exotique, veau, chèvre...) lui permettant de s'assurer de la traçabilité et du bien-être animal.
Hcp s'engage ainsi dans une transformation industrielle au service d'un très haut niveau de qualité et du respect de ses engagements RSE (sécurité, innocuité, eau & carbone) par la maîtrise accrue des procédés de transformation et d'optimisation de la matière (Tannerie 4.0).

La tannerie de Vivoin compte actuellement 160 collaborateurs dont plus de 110 artisans.
Nous recherchons notre Contrôleur de gestion industriel, membre du comité de direction du site.
PRINCIPALES MISSIONS
Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Directeur du contrôle de gestion du pôle, fonctionnellement au Directeur de la tannerie, vous aurez pour responsabilité le pilotage de l'entité de production en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du site.
Le pilotage de l'activité se décompose en :
- Compte de résultat : chiffre d'affaires, effectifs, masse salariale, frais de production, marge, frais généraux, résultat opérationnel
- Investissements et flux de trésorerie
- Mise en place et suivi des indicateurs de performance, analyses des coûts et de la rentabilité
- Proposition de mesures correctives
PRINCIPALES ACTIVITES
Les missions se décomposent en 4 grands thèmes :
Reporting Financier :
o Réaliser les clôtures trimestrielles (ainsi que 2 intermédiaires en mai et novembre), analyser les écarts vs budget et n-1, proposer des actions correctives, rédiger les notes de synthèse.
o Mettre en place et animer le suivi budgétaire auprès de chaque responsable de service afin de garantir la maîtrise des coûts.
o Préparer les reporting financiers vers le pôle Hcp et le groupe.
Préparer la DAU
o En lien avec le service comptable : revoir les affectations analytiques, la mise en service des immobilisations, transmettre électroniquement les écritures de clôture
o Piloter le contrôle des stocks : analyser inventaire et les variations lors des clôtures
o Assurer la relation avec les auditeurs externes (Inventaires, stocks, écarts, destructions)

Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced WFM Analyst.
*Position is contingent upon contract award

This is a fully remote role.
Must have the ability to pass a federal background check.
Equipment will be provided but must meet the remote position requirement provided below:
Remote Position Requirements:
- Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection
- Internet download speed of 25mbps and 5mbps (10 preferred) upload or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
- Private work area and adequate power source
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.
- Monitor call volume and staffing data to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
- Research inquiries using various tools, databases, written materials, and the web to provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.
