JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate I, Retail Sales Floor is responsible for ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked with product in an organized and presentable fashion.
The Associate will be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service.
The Associate is responsible for overall cleanliness of sales floor, restrooms, and dressing room(s) (where applicable).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Ambassador of pricing according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of product (Good, Better, Best), which may include researching the item’s value on the internet or utilizing other company tools and standards.
* Maintains a clean and organized sales floor by regularly cleaning and organizing shelves and racks, picking items up off the floor, putting away product(s) from racks, carts, or baskets, as well as putting away returned or unwanted item(s).

* Assisting production by communication targeted needs for the floor to manager on duty.
* Provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers by adhering to the 10-foot rule (i.e., anytime you find yourself within 10-feet of a customer, you should smile, greet, make eye contact etc.) and answer product questions as needed.

We're looking for a reliable, team-oriented Dietary Aide to help prepare, serve, and clean up meals for our residents.
In this role, you'll ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and running smoothly while supporting the Cook and Dietary Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and deliver meal trays to residents
* Clear and sanitize returned trays, wash dishes, and operate the dishwasher
* Assist with meal service and preparation of snacks/nourishments
* Monitor and record dishwashing machine temperatures and chlorine levels
* Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen — sweep, mop, sanitize work surfaces and refrigerators
* Take out trash and store groceries safely and neatly
* Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
* Work cooperatively with all staff and assist as needed
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain after hire)
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
* Basic reading and math skills (able to follow recipes and measurements)
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Administrative Functions Direct the day to day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.
Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by this facility.
Periodically review the department's policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc.
Make recommendations for revisions.
Meet with your assigned nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the shifts' services, programs, and activities.
Ensure that the Nursing Service Procedures Manual is current and reflects the day to day nursing procedures performed in this facility.
Ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with the procedures set forth in the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required.
Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure that the resident's total regimen of care is maintained.
Ensure that all nursing service personnel are in compliance with their respective job descriptions.
Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as may be requested.
Periodically review the resident's written discharge plan.
Participate in the updating of the resident's written discharge plan as required.
Assist in planning the nursing services portion of the resident's discharge plan as necessary.
Interpret the department's policies and procedures to personnel, residents, visitors, and government agencies as required.
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.
Write resident charge slips and forward to the Business Office.
Maintain the Daily Census Report and submit to the Business Office as required.
Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary.
Agree not to disclose assigned user ID code and password for accessing resident/facility information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.• Agree not to disclose resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.
