Hermès Sellier, cherche pour le studio de création de la Maison, un(e) stagiaire conventionné(e) pour 6 mois, à temps plein à partir de Mars 2026 .
Mission basée à Paris.
Au sein de la division Hermès Maison, le pôle objet a pour vocation de créer et de développer des objets de décoration et de loisirs, singuliers et affirmés, destinés à accompagner avec élégance la vie quotidienne de nos clients.
Fer de lance de notre expertise dans de nombreux savoir-faire, la collection d'objet contribue à la force du message créatif unique porté par la maison.
Rencontre entre des matières d'exception sélectionnées avec exigence et les mains expertes des artisans, ces créations sont le fruit d'un travail collaboratif avec l'ensemble des acteurs du développement.
Il a pour finalité la mise au point d'objets durables, fonctionnels, compteurs d'histoire, répondant tant à une vision créative forte qu'à des attentes spécifiques des marchés.
Les collections sont développées à un rythme biannuel.
Principales missions
Intégré au sein d'une équipe de designers d'objets, vous participerez spécifiquement au développement des objets décorés.
En interaction avec les autres services de la division Maison, vous contribuez à la mise au point des projets de l'idée au prototype final, ainsi qu'à la préparation des instances de validation de la création.
* Placement de décors sur les objets et adaptation des motifs aux savoir-faire de la maison : marqueterie de cuir, broderie, marquage à chaud, perforation, impression, peint main.
* Élaboration des colorations selon la gamme de la saison
* Fabrication de maquettes 3D échelle 1/1 en papier/carton
* Impression échelle 1/1 et découpage de tirages
* Réalisation ponctuelle de plans
* Mises à jour et mise en page des outils de communication de la création: nomenclatures, gammes de couleurs, mood boards, synthèse de collection
* Recherche iconographique sur des sujets précis
* Contretypage de couleurs et mise à jour de la bibliothèque de couleurs digitales
* Contribution à la préparation des instances de validation des projets selon l'ordre du jour

Tous les sites sont construits avec les ambitions de durabilité et d'esthétique, pour " faire du beau dans du beau ".
L'activité du pôle Paris Val de Seine (PVDS) représente une part importante de l'activité générale d'Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie et joue un rôle central dans le développement des nouveautés avec des savoir-faire parfois unique.
La Maroquinerie de Saint Antoine est née de la fusion entre les sociétés Avril Morio & Patte et Nehel acquises par la Maison Hermès en 2006.
A ce jour, la Maroquinerie compte 135 collaborateurs et occupe différents étages d'un site placé en plein cœur de Paris, dans le quartier St Antoine.
C'est un site en croissance qui en 2027 comptera 182 collaborateurs.
POSITIONNEMENT :
Au sein de la maroquinerie de Saint Antoine, le stagiaire SC est rattaché au responsable supply chain du site.
PERIMETRE :
Ensemble des flux présents sur la maroquinerie : sac, petite maroquinerie et flux réparation.
Peut-être amené à travailler en transverse avec les ateliers de Pantin sur certaines missions.
PRINCIPALES ACTIVITES :
Activités d'ordonnancement :
* Participer aux rituels de définition du plan de production, de l'encours disponible sur le site et de la négociation du plan d'expédition avec le site de coupe en lien avec le responsable SC du site.
* Communiquer les priorités aux ateliers sur son périmètre, remonter les alertes et mettre en œuvre les leviers d'actions en lien avec la production et les différents interlocuteurs pour réaliser le plan d'expédition prévisionnel
* Garantir le dispatch équilibré de l'encours aux différents ateliers
* Alerter la coupe centrale lors de dérives (complets conformes, opérations prépa coupe, respect des cahiers des charges, manque morceaux)
* Entretenir une relation de proximité avec la coupe centrale
Activités liées aux flux recoupe
* Accompagner les ateliers dans l'engagement de leurs recoupes (délais, qualité donnée)
* Prioriser avec le site de coupe, la mise à disposition des recoupes et des fiches de destructions
* Analyser les recoupes disponibles et négocier avec les ateliers pour obtenir l'écoulement rapide des encours les plus anciens
