We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) to lead the rollout and continuous improvement of TPM practices across our manufacturing operations in Europe.
This role is primarily leadership-, methodology- and coordination-focused, rather than a hands-on technical maintenance role.
The SME TPM Manager will connect Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, IT/Digital, and external partners to align priorities, drive reliability improvement, and strengthen a proactive maintenance culture.
An important part of the role is guiding the deployment and evolution of SAP PM and supporting the identification of IIoT use cases that help prevent equipment breakdowns and enable data-driven decisions.

TPM Leadership & Alignment
