Faisant partie de France Operations, l'équipe de Stratégie France a pour rôle d'analyser et de synthétiser l'écosystème global et le marché concurrentiel auquel Schneider Electric participe, de comprendre en profondeur la dynamique actuelle du marché/concurrence et d'anticiper les évolutions potentielles à court/moyen terme, et donc de faire des recommandations.
Rôle principal
* Recherche sur des sujets spécifiques avec un niveau élevé d'analyse et de synthèse
* Générer des études sur les méga-trends (marché, concurrence, politique, social, technologie, ...) avec des recommandations
* Coordonner des processus entre les équipes Corporate Strat et les équipes en France (business & marketing)
Missions principales
* Veille marchés SE
* Analyser et synthétiser les rapports externes pour identifier les tendances des marchés sur lesquels SE est positionné : infrastructure, industrie, bâtiment, data centers
* Contribuer à la réalisation des projections de marché en se basant sur les données externes analysées (projections utilisées pour le forecast financier)
* Produire une communication interne trimestrielle présentant les enseignements clés de ces analyses
* Veille écosystème SE
* Participer au processus d'"Annuel Market Review" pour la France (entre janvier et mai): coordination entre les équipes marketing offre et les équipes Corporate Strat, revue de la fiabilité des données (marché et concurrence) et préparation des analyses et des insights pour la France
* Participer à la structuration et la coordination du processus de veille de l'environnement concurrentiel, avec les équipes business, marketing et data office
* Réalisation d'études ad-hoc sur les méga-trends (marché, concurrence, réglementaire, ...) en fonction des besoins business
Profil recherché
* Étudiant(e) en Bac+4/5 (école de commerce, sciences politiques, école d'ingénieur ou université) avec une spécialisation en stratégie, marketing, affaires publiques, intelligence économique ou analyse de données.
* Excellente maîtrise du Pack Office, en particulier PowerPoint (structuration de présentations) et Excel (analyse de données).
* Solides compétences en analyse, synthèse et rédaction, avec une capacité à vulgariser des sujets complexes.
* Qualités personnelles attendues : rigueur, autonomie, proactivité, sens de l'organisation et curiosité intellectuelle.
