JOB SUMMARY
The primary focus of an Assembly Technician II is responsible for assembling and installing industrial control panels for automated equipment.
This position must be able to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and be able to recognize components.
The Assembly Technician II will require drilling & taping holes, cut, strip, bend, and mount wires to connect electrical units within the panel.
JOB DUTIES Essential Duties
* Follow detailed assembly instructions in a variety of formats (i.e., drawings, schematics, bills of material, internal procedures or some combination thereof), and report work completed on a daily basis
* Recognize and report problems with quality, processes, equipment or materials to Production Lead, Supervisor or Operations Manager
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing best practices
* Work with a moderate degree of supervision
* Layout enclosures and sub panels for assembly/cutouts based on information provided
* Identify components and its intended function as it applies to equipment to be built
* Understand various wiring methods of connection and apply proper methods to the equipment being built
* Perform quality checks on completed assemblies, as needed
* Maintain and update the results related to various tests and inspection procedures conducted regarding the product specifications
* Make sure that all the parts, labor, and other processes are progressing at the given time
* Resolve discrepancies and maintain the integrity of panels
* Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed

The essential function of the position within the organization is to supervise and manage operations of the Automotive Shop.
The position is responsible for supervising staff, overseeing maintenance and repair of vehicles, ordering parts and supplies, training, planning, department tools, equipment and supplies, budget preparation, regulation compliance, public relations, and reporting.

Service Technician
The position is responsible for the operation, servicing, and maintenance of portable toilets.
Responsibilities
* Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with ESG and DOT requirements.
* Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with ESG and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries.
