JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate I, Donation Services is typically the first point of contact for customers that are dropping off items at retail centers and/or stand-alone donation centers (ADC).
The Donation Services Associates will provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customers’ timely and helping as needed that may include lifting or unloading donations from a customer’s vehicle or other area.
Associates are expected to handle goods with care, showing respect for items donated.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Provides excellent customer service, greeting customers in a timely manner, answering product questions as needed.
* Assists every customer by unloading donations from vehicle or other areas.
* Ensure that donated items are handled with care and sorted into appropriate bins or production areas.
* Inspect all donations within assigned areas and make decisions on quality to sort appropriately for the sales floor or to be shipped to other locations.
* Ensures a safe, organized, and clean environment is maintained for both customers and fellow employees within the donations entrance and parking lot areas.
* Maintain remote donation centers, sheds, and/or trailer if applicable, following appropriate opening and closing procedures when working at a remote site.
* Ensure supplies are kept well stocked at remote site as necessary.
* Tracks and reports on donation levels daily to ensure trailers do not become over stocked when working in remote donation center locations.

(ARA) is seeking to contingently hire an Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI) Scientist for ARA’s effort supporting the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Critical Technologies (OASW(CT)).
This position will support the Critical Technology Area (CTA) offices within OASW(CT).
This work requires a candidate with a background in scientific Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) and experience relevant to AHI.
This position is contingent upon award of a contract in June 2026.
Essential Functions:
* Plan and execute technical assessments
* Execute research program evaluation
* Develop solutions to complex problems which require use of ingenuity and innovation
* Apply extensive experience as a specialist or emerging authority in the field of AHI

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years of experience; Master’s degree with 6-8 years of experience in a relevant scientific or technical experience in the RDT&E sector, including work performed in government, industry, or academia.
* Experience must demonstrate the ability to support complex AHI technical assessments and scientific analysis.
* This position requires TS/SCI clearance eligibility with CI polygraph.
Candidates must maintain this clearance for the duration of employment.
Desired Qualifications:
* 10+ years of relevant scientific or technical experience in the RDT&E sector.
* Experience in DoW science and technology programs, emerging technology assessment, and cross‑agency technical coordination.
* Expertise includes biomedical science, biosurveillance, physiological or health‑related sensing, biological threat analysis, or AI/ML applied to medical or biological data.
* Experience supporting the Office of the Secretary of War and Critical Technology Areas (CTAs).
