JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE
The Pool Technician is responsible for performing various general labor activities such as a variety of skilled, semi-skilled and routine work in pool maintenance requiring specialized knowledge and skills, including: installation, maintenance, modification and repair work in assigned area of pool/splash pad equipment, building repair, minor plumbing and electrical repair.

*Pool Technician is responsible for performing a range of aquatic maintenance and operational duties.
Responsibilities require knowledge of the plumbing field and knowledge of swimming pool chemical treatment and testing.
It is distinguished from other maintenance and repair classes by the specific knowledge of swimming pool chemistry, pool equipment installation, maintenance and repair.
Candidate must work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
The incumbent shall at all times, demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and the public.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintains community's aquatic facilities to include pools, fountains and splash pads.
* Skim water surface to remove floating debris and clean skimmer baskets as necessary throughout the day
* Inspect underwater lighting and deck lighting
* Vacuum pool or fountain as necessary
* Brush walls of the swimming pools and fountains daily and backwash as necessary
* Clean tiles around pool and fountain edge where needed
* Inspect flow meters, pressure gauges and valves.
Record all readings daily
* Responsible for pool heater maintenance and operation.
* Performs water tests, temperature readings , calibrates automation.
* Checks pumps and motors for proper operation.
* Inspects and maintains chemical feed system, pool fittings, hardware; pool covers; waterslide.
* Performs monthly facility safety inspections.
* Handles all pool chemicals safely.
* Coordinates the maintenance, renovation, construction, and inspection of community's swimming pools, splash pads and fountains.
* Establish and perform an annual preventative maintenance program for community's pool facilities, splash pad and fountain.
* Provides initial response to calls for service from Maintenance Manager, assess maintenance needs, and takes corrective action or routes a work order to appropriate maintenance team.

We are looking for a PLC Applications Engineer with PLC expertise in developing PLC application monitoring and control software, performing factory and field testing, startup, customer training and other PLC related service work.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Receives project requirements and direction through meetings with the Project Manager and review of the contract documents.
* Keeps managers advised of the status of tasks and projects landmarks.
Maintains awareness of project budgets and keeps the PM aware of issues that would adversely affect the budget.
* Produces timely, accurate project documentation such as timesheets, trip reports, etc.
* Follows established Best Practices and Development Standards and Procedures.
* Produces the System Control Narrative on projects.
* Develop Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) application programs based on the contract documents and System Control Narrative using the PLC manufacturer's Programming Software.
* Installs all developed application software and required vendor software and verifies their accurate execution.
* Interfaces the company's supplied equipment to third-party vendor systems via industrial communication protocols, when applicable.
* Participates in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), when required.
* Demonstrates overall system functionality to the Owner/Engineer/Contractor including hardware and network operation, SCADA monitoring and control, displaying data, alarming, and historical data collection for report generation.
* Provides training to operators, supervisors, and administrative personnel.
* Generates and gathers all required final project documentation.
* Provides technical assistance to Customers.
* Provides reactive and adaptable support to field service technicians to assist in solving and repair of PLC related issues at customer sites or by remote support as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in PLC programming, preferably in the Water & Wastewater industry.
PLC Application Engineers must have knowledge and experience
with PLC hardware and programming software (Allen-Bradley and/or Schneider and/or Siemens and/or Emerson).
Physical demands
Ability to communicate orally with management and other co-workers is crucial.
Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is critical.
Sitting for extended periods in front of a computer monitor is common.
Hearing within normal ranges is vital for communication with the Project Team and customers.
Adequate vision is needed for using a computer monitor.

The Engineer will be led by a Project Manager on a team consisting of multi-discipline design engineers focused on the production of design phase deliverables including reports, technical memoranda, design manuals, plans, sections, details and specifications.
We are looking for candidates with a Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine aspects of engineering assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles
* Work with a team of engineers, designers and technicians in water/wastewater/drainage projects from conceptual design to construction.
* Provide reports and preliminary studies for municipal clients
* Learn and further utilize design and drafting skills for site grading and drainage design, utility alignments and profiles, topographic survey surface data collection and 3D modeling, and infrastructure and roadway design
