The Director is responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with person-centered values, Georgia DBHDD standards and Medicaid requirements, organizational policies, and industry best practices.
This position leads efforts to achieve program goals, implement strategic initiatives, promote continuous quality improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
The Director ensures adherence to accreditation standards and monitors use of evidence-based practices and informed models that support positive outcomes, community integration, health, safety, self-determination, and quality of life for individuals.
