* et Marchés, nous recrutons un(e) Chef de Projet Visual Merchandising en CDI.
Dans un stimulant contexte de croissance et d'extension de nos gammes, vous aurez également la charge du suivi de développement de PLV permanentes Beauté avec les différents services associés : Achats, Prévisions, Store Design, Direction des Collections, Communication et Visual Merchandising - Création.
Vous travaillerez également en collaboration avec nos marchés pour déployer et adapter les concepts de lancement en fonction des problématiques pays - ce, dans le respect des codes de la Maison.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Marchés, la Direction Des Opérations, l'équipe Communication et le pôle Visual Merchandising - Création.
D'un point de vue général, le/la Chef de projet Visual Merchandising joue un véritable rôle d'ambassadeur Visuel Merchandising auprès des équipes internes et des différentes zones.
Vous serez rattaché(e) à la Responsable Visual Merchandising du pôle Permanent & Application Marchés, au sein du service Visual Merchandising.

Développement de PLV éphémères et permanentes Beauté

Mission principale
Au sein de la supply chain PAP Femme, dont la mission est de répondre aux besoins de nos clients - les boutiques Hermès - et de soutenir la croissance de la Maison en livrant nos collections dans les temps impartis, le/la Chargé(e) d'Ordonnancement joue un rôle clé dans la coordination des flux de production.

Suivi de la production et respect des délais de livraison des produits finis
Optimisation des plannings avec les façonniers :
* Il/elle collabore avec les façonniers pour construire et valider les plannings de production, en tenant compte des capacités et des priorités.
* Il/elle accompagne les arbitrages nécessaires en cas d'aléas d'approvisionnement ou de production.
* Tout au long de la saison, il/elle suit l'avancement des livraisons :
+ Relances hebdomadaires auprès des façonniers pour sécuriser les livraisons.
+ Identification proactive des risques de retard et des points de blocage à traiter en réunion de production.
+ Proposition d'ajustements pour fluidifier les flux et préserver la continuité de la chaîne.
Suivi des composants chez les façonniers :
* Il/elle veille à la bonne distribution des composants et à la fiabilité des stocks chez les façonniers.
* Il/elle analyse les écarts éventuels (surconsommation, sous-consommation) et ajuste les besoins en matières en fonction de l'avancement de la production.
Reporting et partage de l'information :
* Il/elle est garant(e) de la fiabilité des données de livraison et de leur mise à jour.
