Position Summary
As a Staff Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients, participate in care planning, communicate with interdisciplinary team members, and help train staff to support therapy goals.
Your work plays a critical role in supporting residents' independence and safe return to daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate patients within 24 hours or 1 business day of physician referral
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
* Provide direct therapy services in accordance with care plans and regulatory guidelines
* Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and therapy aides as needed
* Educate patients, families, and nursing staff in maintenance and discharge programs
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, care conferences, and in-service training
* Recommend and assist in ordering adaptive equipment for resident safety and independence
* Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in accordance with OT Board and payer standards
* Support discharge planning and follow-up coordination
Qualifications

Follow the policies and procedures of the facility governing the administering of medications to residents.
Note and report errors in the administration of medications Assist in developing and implementing procedures or programs of the facility that seek to determine what medication errors are taking place, when, where, and why they occur, and how they can be prevented.

JOB OVERVIEW:
Under the close supervision of the County Assessor or designated administrator, collects data and performs inspections and appraisals of real property, emphasizing residential properties in Weber County.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Collect and verify data from various sources, e.g., sale and lease information from market participants, zoning and improvement information from local government offices, etc., as required.
Discover, inspect, and appraise improved residential real property annually to estimate the fair market value for ad valorem tax purposes.

With a supervising appraiser, represent Weber County as a witness in Board of Equalization hearings, proceedings before the Utah State Tax Commission, and court proceedings.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Preference is given to those with a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree in Statistic, business administration, accounting, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Preference is given to applicants who have prior ad valorem experience, experience with CAMA data systems, SQL queries, data analytics, and/or completed at least the minimum number of supervised interior and exterior inspections outlined in the Utah Division of Real Estate Administrative Rule R162-2g.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA):
Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate appraisal principles and processes.
