CRM
* Assist in Developing CRM Strategies: Support the digital and brand teams in creating and executing CRM strategies that align with digital marketing goals and enhance customer engagement.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Help analyse customer data to identify trends and behaviours and assist in generating reports to provide insights for the brand team.
