Job Summary
Desired estimating disciplines include earthwork, paving, underground utilities, and structures on transit, civil infrastructure, and highway projects.
Successful candidates will prepare detailed take-offs, solicit quotes, develop cost estimates, and close out bids.
You will have the ability to collaborate as part of large pursuit teams and provide consistent results under pressure.
The EI/EII provides support for single large projects or multiple smaller projects.
Primary duties include participation in bid efforts, working with teams on Design Build and CM at Risk delivery methods, and providing administrative support to the estimating department.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Entry level exposure to construction software but strong computer skills including the ability to use spread sheets, bid management, and online plan rooms.
2.
Estimator will develop skills in Agtek, On Screen Take-Off, and advance to beginning HCSS use.
3.
Perform basic estimating functions and position is primarily quantity take-off and vendor solicitation.
4.
Attend pre-bid meetings and perform site walks.
5.
Support estimating efforts by take-off of work and self-perform estimates for work that is primarily subcontracted out.
6.
Assist in obtaining firm quotes for material suppliers, equipment and subcontractors.
7.
Draft scope/proposal letters for bid and negotiated projects.
8.
At times, some field engineering duties such as submittals, RFIs, and assisting field operations with is required
Minimum Job Requirements

Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.

La Direction des Systèmes d'Informations de la Maison Hermès est découpée en directions SI par métier (Retail, Supply, Corporate functions, etc.) et en directions transverses dont la Direction des Services d'Infrastructure et des Opérations (DSIO).
Au sein de la DSIO, l'équipe " Architecture & Innovation Technologique " porte la vision, la stratégie et la roadmap technologique.
Son rôle est de concevoir, et garantir l'architecture des différentes solutions technologiques, en cohérence avec l'existant et la stratégie SI de l'entreprise, notamment :
* Porter notre vision et notre stratégie technologique alimentées par les besoins et les roadmaps métiers
* Décliner les éléments permettant d'établir une roadmap technologique globale claire, réaliste et partagéeà tout niveau
* Garantir la cohérence de la roadmap de chacune des plateformes technologiques et l'alignement des priorités et des budgets avec la roadmap technologique globale
* Porter la conception des solutions transverses infrastructures, en assurer la cohérence et la pertinence dans le temps et la conformité avec les stratégies et politiques de la DSI
* Veiller à ce que les décisions architecturales soient adoptées et mises en œuvre de manière cohérente
* Animer une communauté d'architecture à l'échelle de la DSI
Missions principales
Rattaché(e) au responsable " Architecture & Innovation Technologique " , le/la Responsable Architecte Solution technologiques est responsable d'animer et de développer son équipe d'architectes solutions technologiques.
Il/elle devra s'assurer de la répartition des charges de l'équipe des architectes, de la qualité et de la cohérence transverse des solutions proposées aux équipes applicatives et DSIO, quelle qu'en soit l'implémentation technologique.
Il/elle sera amené à gérer :
* L'encadrement et la coordination des architectes solutions technologiques
* La coordination et l'animation des workshops de conceptions d'architectures intégrant les différents partenaires
* L'analyse des architectures existantes du SI
* La conception et la rédaction des dossiers d'architecture solutions, et autres documents de cadrage
* La participation et l'animation des comités d'architecture
* La supervision et la validation des phases de build pour garantir la conformité aux exigences d'architecture

Suivi des développements :
* Accompagner la responsable développement sur les projets de nouvelles matières transformées / matières naturelles
